Lin Koh

Lin Koh is currently a leader on the Mars Inc. Global Employer Reputation Center of Expertise (CoE). She is primarily responsible for EVP (employer value proposition) storytelling at Mars and oversees the development and activation of all EVP narratives.  She has led the strategy for employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts across tech companies such as Meta and Adobe in Silicon Valley, California, and has a broad background in social media, content, and product marketing.
